Change the appearance of your home, increase future resale value, lower your utility bills, and decrease maintenance costs.

Change the appearance.
Few other improvements will spruce up a home and change its desirability more than new siding.

Increase future resale value.
Few home improvements or repairs can improve the appearance, curb appeal and value of your home like new siding.

Lower utility bills.
Adding insulation under siding provides a moisture barrier and prevents outside temperatures from disturbing the balance of interior climates.

Decrease maintenance costs.
The life expectancy of a new paint job is at least five years, and quality paints are touted by manufacturers to last 10 to 20 years. New siding requires little, if any, maintenance.

Vinyl, insulated vinyl, and fiber cement board are today’s top 3 choices among homeowners for siding.

Vinyl Siding
With the maintenance associated with wood siding came the desire for an alternative. First there was aluminum siding, which has now evolved over the years into a very low maintenance and popular siding choice for newer homes. However, as the search for low cost, low maintenance siding continued, the next evolution after aluminum siding was the advent of vinyl siding.
  • Vinyl siding comes in a range of styles including horizontal and vertical panels and a range of pre-finished colors.
  • Available in a variety of textures including wood shake/shingle style.
  • Vinyl siding is a common retrofit siding often applied over wood siding in many home improvement projects.
  • Vinyl panels are prone to cracking in cold weather if subjected to impact. (If cracked, siding section needs to be repaired or replaced.)
  • Very low maintenance, never needs painting as color is solid throughout the vinyl siding.
  • Lifetime warranty.

Insulated Vinyl Siding
A relative newcomer to the market, insulated vinyl siding has rigid foam laminated to the back of its panels, adding another layer of insulation and moisture protection to each panel. The backing increases the siding's R-value by as much as five times that of conventional backings, which helps to save on heating and cooling costs. It also blocks out noise and improves the home's appearance because the panels don't cup and won't dent allowing the siding to remain aesthetically pleasing, functional, and lasting.  Like standard vinyl, insulated products don't require painting or staining and are low maintenance.
  • 5 times greater impact resistance than standard vinyl siding
  • Available in a range of styles and pre-finished colors.
  • Extra thick foam backing resists breaking, splitting, flattening or shifting, providing a clean straight finish.
  • Blocks out UV rays, deflects heat and resists weathering to keep its beautiful look year after year.
  • Double Lifetime warranty.

Fiber Cement Board Siding
Fiber cement board siding is the latest development in residential siding. It's durable, very low maintenance, made from recyclable materials so it's "Green" and it's beautiful to boot.  Cement fiber siding comes the closest to emulating a natural wood grain and is virtually indistinguishable.   Like wood, trim and millwork pieces are also available to provide design detail for the home.  Two major manufacturers of this product include CertainTeed and JamesHardie.
  • Comes in beveled siding, shingle/shake and stucco panel styles.
  • Extremely durable.
  • Installs like wood siding.
  • Cuts like wood siding.
  • Comes pre-primed and ready to paint, or is available in a wide variety of baked-on colors.
  • Fire resistant and Impervious to external elements such as rain, hail, wind, flying debris, humidity and wood boring insects.
  • Virtually maintenance free.
  • 50 year warranty.
